Research limitations

Opportunity cards summarize public signals and include human and AI-assisted interpretation. They do not guarantee demand, revenue, accuracy, product-market fit, source availability, or business success. Inspect the original source and speak with prospective customers before committing resources.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for activity under your authenticated identity. Paid plans renew on the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing, invoices, payment methods, plan changes, and cancellation are managed through Stripe’s customer portal.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk redistribute the service, bypass plan controls, probe or disrupt the application, misuse source excerpts, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate another platform’s terms, intellectual-property rights, or privacy rights.

Source rights and requests

Source content remains the property of its respective owner. A link or excerpt does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Submit a correction or removal request if a card is inaccurate, inappropriate, or should be removed.

Availability and changes

Features, sources, prices, and plan entitlements may change. We may suspend access needed to protect users, sources, or the service. Where reasonable, material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from a build, validation, or business decision.
